Day 49 April 4

A little of this, a little of that kind of day. We’re not putting flooring below the cabinets so today I painted on some Drylock paint where the cabinets will go to prevent moisture damage. I got a small cleaning spurt in me and cleaned the downstairs bathroom which was long overdue. The picture is the evidence of that. It was a nicer day so I took our box of paper and some cardboard and did a little burning. I find myself just standing there staring at the flames. It seems to put me in a trance. At least I can justify it by saying I’m cleaning. While I was at training for the night, David got back late from work and took the night off from progressing with the kitchen. I’ve begun to notice a pattern on Thursday nights, I go to training while David curls up on the couch in his work clothes under a blanket and catches up on Breaking Bad until I come home. It’s been a bad addiction lately for the both of us, but we’re determined to finish the four seasons on Netflix before my sister cancels her subscription that we have been mooching off of :o)
